With plans to build our forever home we contacted Benchmark Building & Construction in hopes of getting a bid on a set of house plans that we were really in love with. Little did we know how much we would really get when we decided to have Benchmark Building & Construction build our home. Working with JW, Katie, and Jon was an amazing experience and the process was not only stress free, but enjoyable. We got everything that we wanted in our new home plus more. After our home was finished we called them back to build a metal building shop for us because of the quality of work they did on our new home. We can’t say enough about how much we love our new home and how much we loved working with the Benchmark crew! If you are looking to build a new home or shop..or anything…give them a call!!

From the first time my husband and I met with JW Morgan at Benchmark Building and Construction until the day we moved into our new home we were extremely satisfied with the entire building process.  Using a picture from the Internet and a piece of paper with a “rough” sketch of the interior, JW was able to build our dream home. We were very fortunate to work with Jon Eide who patiently answered my numerous texts and phone calls along the way.  Anytime I had a question about where we stood on our budget, Katie would promptly provide me with an easy to understand spreadsheet.  While building our house we were faced with a devastating personal loss. The support from Benchmark Building and Construction extended far beyond that of a builder and customer relationship.  I have always heard building a house is stressful, but Benchmark Building and Construction took away the stress and made the process easy and enjoyable!   Not only do we have a beautiful home, we have a builder who is still accessible to us and stands behind his product.
