Benchmark has been called upon to fulfill the needs of Mart ISD’s PEMB and structural steel projects for a number of years.

In recent years we have completed the High School, Elementary, Bus Barn, Ag Barn, and Fuel Canopy. Demonstrating our life-long customer relation philosophy, Benchmark is currently under contract to perform the steel and PEMB scopes for the newest Elementary addition.

All of the existing buildings account for a total of 28,000 SF and display the ability of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings; to be both flexible for class rooms as well as maintenance spaces, for school districts looking to build efficiently.
