From the beginning the owner had a flare for the flashy, as well as a dedication to a budget. Benchmark transformed the initial structural design in order to meet both the owners taste and finances. Simple combinations of different material types add to the aesthetic, while multiple construction methods ensure the most efficient materials are being used in their perspective locations.

This project touts just under 10,000 SF of building, just under 15,000 SF of roofing, and 29 different wall section elevations. The result is stunning, and cost-efficient.
