Benchmark supplied and erected the 26,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building, fabricated and erected 20 tons of structural steel, and 3 tons of miscellaneous steel at the Lingleville Junior High project.

Benchmark was able to assist a new on-site management team, unfamiliar with PEMB, to reduce costs with value engineering options, and looking ahead to prevent any issues or delays in the coordination with other trades.
