The CR 422 Property was an enormous project by residential standards.

Construction began at the main house with the addition of a master suite and 2 car garage, creating an entirely new 1,584 SF North wing.

The remainder of the original home was completely remodeled, interior and exterior, establishing a brand new 3,775 SF home, of which 2,208 SF is conditioned.

Using the renewed main house as a standard, it became imperative that the 1,400 SF mother-in-law quarters be completely renovated as well.  The property was completed with a cozy outdoor covered seating area and a new three stall horse barn, enabling the customer easy access to their desired recreational activities.
