The home at Morgan Acres was originally constructed as a test in efficiency. Benchmark was tasked with maximizing the quality of construction while minimizing the upfront cost.

Items that would be difficult to replace were included in the initial build; i.e. spray foam insulation, metal roof, etc. Economical solutions for easier to change materials were implemented to stay on a strict budget.

Years later we were able to go back and makeover the property to be the home of the customers dreams, by adding specialty trims, sophisticated cabinetry, smart home features, polished aggregate floors, and so much more. The result is stunning and displays Benchmarks ability to accommodate the many types of budgets for similar projects.
