Another design/build project with an extremely low budget, and a long list of wants, turned into something spectacular for the RVISD Concession Stand and Pavilion.

With limited power and water available, Benchmark was able to design the concession stand with all necessary amenities, and even supply power for a customer added HVAC.

School administration wanted to make sure that the pavilion was inviting from all directions. Crow foot trusses at all 4 sides make every side feel like a natural entry.
