Benchmark prides itself on referral based business, and 131 Motorcars was no different. A long-time trade partner in the PEMB manufacturing segment referred Benchmark. The GC was searching for an erector with the wherewithal to handle a project of this size and difficulty.

Benchmark erected this 50,520 SF  modern style single clerestory style building, along with 10 tons of structural steel, during what we refer to as the Snowmageddon of 2020.

While businesses were shut down, and people were homebound, Benchmark maintained productivity to keep the PEMB scope of this project on schedule.
