Magnolia in Waco is a must see destination, and Benchmark is privileged to have taken part in all phases of the project after the original silos. Benchmark was able to put on display it’s acumen for solving problems with simple solutions.

Actualizing the design intent of the arched and scalloped edge window canopies, when others could not, opened the door for Benchmark to perform all of the structural and miscellaneous steel at the Magnolia site.

The canopies, coffee shop, out buildings, entry way, food truck and dining shades, the wiffle ball field, and other miscellaneous steel work make up over 87 tons of steel and sheet metal that Benchmark is extremely proud to have fabricated and installed.
