Benchmark supplied and erected the 60,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building, fabricated and erected 3 tons of structural steel, and 4 tons of miscellaneous steel at the Lingleville Junior High project.

It also included 3,400 SF of bar joist and decking flat roof construction.

Benchmark added value by exceeding expectations when third party material quality issues arose, and they determined ways to overcome those concerns while staying on schedule and on budget.
