This 24,000 SF arena is just one of the few projects that Benchmark has performed at the Wyloh Ranch, and it is the epitome of our life-long customer philosophy. We had previously erected a 50x100x16 storage and equipment building, and a very chic 44 X 70 horse barn with office.

When the arena idea was slated to become a reality, Benchmark was mobilized.

During construction Benchmark discovered an error in the foundation plans of the arena. They then determined the most efficient solution, and while keeping lost time to a minimum, was able to prevent any unexpected out of pocket expenses for the customer.

Benchmark’s rapid response was rewarded with the continued business of the Wyloh Ranch, and we have since added the two eave extensions now totaling 36,000 SF under roof at the arena. Benchmark’s handy work can be seen at the many bull riding and concert events thrown at the Wyloh Ranch.
