Woodway Family Center is a consolidation of 12,805 SF of PEMB, 6,100 SF of traditional structural steel with bar joists and deck making up 25 tons, and 10 tons on miscellaneous steel.

Benchmark supplied and erected the PEMB including the trapezoidal roof, performed the ACM work, fabricated and erected the structural and miscellaneous steel.

Benchmark worked with this well-established customer to help them design the construction method of the crown jewel of this project, the ornamental basketball net sculpture that is the focal point of the entire project.

Benchmark identified methods in which partial shop and field fab, combined with intelligent shipping methods, allowed for the structure to be completed to the standards and specifications of the design team.
