The Pittenger Home is a traditional lumber framed 3,181 SF custom home, of which 2,386 is conditioned. Benchmark was honored to be called upon by one of its long-time trade partners to lead this project.

Benchmark worked closely with the customer, and a few of the customer’s selected subcontractors, to create an incredibly dynamic home using multiple exterior finish types on both the walls and the roof.

Determining how to route the electric and mechanical equipment through tight attic spaces, caused by changing elevations, and our extended post project support, are just a couple ways that Benchmark displayed its technical experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. The Pittengers are pleased to be entertaining in their state-of-the-art inside and outside common areas, and Benchmark is happy to have another “on-time, on-budget” project completed.
