"The Branch" is a turnkey hybrid barndominium project, imagined by the customer as a place to entertain family and friends.

Benchmark was called upon to assist in the design and construction.  Although access to power was limited, Benchmark and the customer were able to facilitate power supply, and turn the customer's imagination into a reality.  The structure includes; 2,514 SF of two story living space, 1,624 SF of shop, and 1,020  SF of covered porch space.

"The Branch" was completed with tons of custom finishing touches.  It has created the ultimate getaway for entertaining crowds and enjoying the outdoors.  Upon constructing "The Branch", Benchmark was able to establish a working relationship with the Conner Family, for both personal and business projects, that has spanned to current day.
